Or...The Ones That Got Away!
This is the quilt that I made for my niece Megan for Christmas 1997. The pattern came from Quiltmaker March/April 1997 issue and is called "Fancy Sue". Instead of having her holding a flower though, mine holds balloons. Well, 13 of the 15 girls are holding balloons. The other two?
Oops! It got away!!! Balloons are apt to do that you know!
A close up of another block. The background fabric is a pastel fabric, numerous shades blended together. The dark fabric sashing is a dark purple.
